You are limited to 300 items per consignor number. You can enter more under a new number. We are limiting infant, junior and maternity clothing to the following: 1. Infant Clothing: 25 items sized 0-9 mos PER GENDER PER CONSIGNOR. 2. Junior Clothing: No limits but must be boutique/name brand items. 3. Maternity Clothing: 10 items PER CONSIGNOR.
Option 1 - Buy label paper and print and affix your labels on to your tags at home. The label size is 2 5/8" x 1". Bring your items in order for drop off. Once we are able to check your items and account for everything, we will guarantee your items.
Option 2. Pick up your printed labels from us anytime during our check in day or pre-label pick up day TBA. You can take the labels and affix them to your tags at home. Bring your items in order for drop off. Once we are able to check your items and account for everything, we will guarantee your items.
Option 3. Keep the items in order and pick your labels up on check in day and label in store. This is the best option if you are a first time consignor!
Option 4: We will be offering an option to have barcodes mailed to you for a $4 fee.

Due to COVID we are not allowing children below age 13 to the presale. If you bring your 13 year old or older with you they will count as your guest.
We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month clothing sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively, also.
ABSOLUTELY, but you will need to enter your items online in separate batches and under separate Consignor Numbers. Register for each sale separately.
No, please use children's plastic hangers for sizes 6 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 6 and above. No wire hangers, please! They will not be accepted at drop off.
Place them in a Ziploc bag and then seal the Ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important!
First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.
We suggest you bring a laundry basket with your name on it. Some people tie a belt around the laundry basket for drag it around. We will have shopping carts available for your use at the times when the store is not too crowded to use them. Large bags will need to be checked at the door.
If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a Ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.
Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home to you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!
Yes, you may enter as many batches as you wish and only pay 1 consignor fee for every 300 items. TIP: For drop off ease, It is best to try and limit the amount of batches you have.
We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.
